This is an optimistic message from Tara. I think it's a good start for the second page of testimonials.

Hello Mr. Hagerty!
I need to thank you for making such a great website. I have learned so much. After many hours/days/weeks of studying the law, I started to notice that my left eye had become completely hooded while the right eye looked fine. This caused me a lot of distress because I am only 26. I always tried to NOT move my facial muscles because I thought it would cause wrinkles! I've always been so careful- using Retin-A, staying out of the sun, etc. But after researching, I came across your honest and intelligent website and I began
doing the exercises.
Exercise #5 has really saved me. I've always had strong control of my scalp muscles- I've always been able to move my larger
than average ears- but I just never did it often. After working these
muscles, I have lifted my hooded brow- in only a week and a half! My face just looks prettier! I've been doing the scalp exercise, the advanced upper eye exercise and the lower eyelid exercise.
I also have been doing the neck exercise because I have some deep horizontal bands forming, and I swear within 2 days they looked lightyears better!! I do all of the exercises with my scalp muscles flexed which I think makes them more effective. I am seriously grateful and I will never stop doing these exercises.
My mom noticed the improvement right away and now I have her doing these exercises too. I am excited to see how my face will look in a few months! Thank you so much for your guidance!
Kind Regards, Tara

3rd day into practising to isolate my occip muslces, I'm feeling ever so slight movement around that area thanks to your pillow technique biofeedback technique and the picture. However the intensive and extensive time spent on trying to isolate them have had benefits elsewhere on the face. I have more strength along the temple and eyebrow areas and around the front and top sections of the ears. As a result I've been looking in the mirror lately after noticing a few extra looks from the ladies my way. I do look a litlle different, like more lifted along the forehead, cheeks and eyes. My darker eyes I use to have have reduced to my natural skin tone matching the rest of my face and also slight tired puffy bags underneath my eyes have reduced. No lie! The extra strengthening in my head muscles have also relaxed the muscles around my eyes, and I'm noticing reduced focal and straing problems in my left eye. My eyes generally feel less tired. This is good stuff and just this alone has motivated me to continue working towards my initial target.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your program and website. I came across it while I was researching another facial exercise program and decided to give it a try. I’m three weeks in and already I’ve noticed major differences:
- Dark circles under eyes have diminished
- Don’t wake up with puffy under eye area anymore
- Wrinkly left eyelid (hereditary) has smoothed out for the first time ever
- Face and eyes seem more ‘open’ and firm
- Area around mouth appears firmer
- Nasiolabial lines are becoming less noticeable
- Skin has a natural sheen
So far so good. I did notice that my less dominant side (the left side) at first didn’t respond as easily as the right side but you say that should even out over time. In any case I do the exercises in front of a mirror to make sure both sides are engaging equally (and to make sure that I’m not creating lines when I do them) and if they don’t both respond I just ‘think’ into the area and I’m able to activate it. I used this technique as I learnt it from vocal training where you ‘think’ into a note in order to sing it and it works! Incidentally, I got the scalp massage exercise straight away.

Thank you Tom.
I think my upper eyelids are looking better. I keep them moisturized too, I have also found an eyecream that I really like and I can put it anywhere on my eyelids too. Its the Olay Regenerist Lifting Serum. Got rid of all the crepiness, although when I put eyeshadow , it makes the crepiness come back lol. So no, not fond of eyeshadow, unless its creamy.
I will continue to observe the sunken look and keep taking pictures and observe more. I think something like this, the eye exercise, can be done every day no? I am doing it twice a day with 3 x 15 reps. Then I will stop for one day and do nothing.

You're looking fit tom. wanted to thank you again for the scalp ex. it really helped me out. over the last few years of consistently working on it it did wonders for my drooping eyebrows and general asymmetry that was in my upper face. (along with the eye ex) all the best.

Mi nombre es Melinda y le escribo desde Argentina. Antes que nada quiero agradecerle por el gran aporte que usted está haciendo con su trabajo! Como he visto que usted tiene un muy buen español me he animado a escribirle en esta lengua. (but if you prefer, you can answer me in English 🙂 My question is: I'm 44 years old and I'm having a tough time with my platysma muscle and exercise 4 of your website. I was doing this exercise for almost three months and I've notice that is working well but only in my left side. In the right size you can still notice "the line" of the platysma, but in the left side almost desappear. Can you please give me your thoughts and advice regarding this? Tom's note. I suggested in an email that Melinda keep doing Exercise #4 with good form, and that perhaps in time "the line" on the right side of her neck would diminish or actually vanish. But I also suggested that she hold her head high. Good facial posture improves the neck and the face.

Hi Tom,
Just to let you know that I can say for sure that your Occipital exercise works. They are frustrating to learn but once you do....you own magic!
I started trying in March and really only got the hang of it past couple months and glad I stuck it out. I know its worked for me b/c for the past several years my eye make up (liner/mascara) would end up on my upper lids after an hour or so. I do not have hooded lids nor did my eyes look that dropped but this never happened when I was younger and 3 years of Carolyn Facial fitness had done nothing to help that area.
Just over the last month or so I started noticing that I no longer get black smudge on my upper lids and it has to be your exercise has lifted my brows up.....just enough....so this no longer happens. I am beyond thrilled....it is actual proof...not just an observation of looking better. Again, didn't even notice it happened until I no longer had the smearing and I've had that at least 5 years or more.
You are a genius...thank you again! Thanks
Reiko
I have watched the DVD and read the booklet. I love your instruction, both written and spoken. I told you that your occipalis exercise taught me what to do with my face when being photographed (i.e. I keep my occips contracted). I put this into practice while were traveling this week, and looking at the photos, I am very pleased! It really works. And I like Exercise #6. I do cheek exercises from other facial exercise instructors (I do both Deb Crowley's and Carolyn Cleaves', sort of mixing and matching stuff from them), but yours is the easiest, the fastest and the least abrasive.

Hi Tom,
Several weeks ago, I received your “Shape Your Face” dvd. Thank you.
I have benefited from hearing the explanations you have provided on the dvd, and in seeing various exercises, including the scalp exercise - I have not mastered this one yet.
Thank you for this program, and for the encouraging words you provide on the dvd. I also appreciate the nutritional info, the map of the scalp and the other information you provide in the booklet.

I bought your hairloss scalp exercise back in 2009, which I am still doing. Apart from the hair, I got amazing results with my forehead, definitely better than the NuFace facial device. Now it was time to buy your facial exercises!!
Thank you in advance for all your help,
Chris

I like to get positive testimonials but the negative ones are instructive too. They indicate that not all people make gains while doing the facial exercises. Different faces respond in different ways to even the best of exercise programs. The negative comments are very few though.
