I've been a long-time fan of Tom's for years. He's just cool, speaks wonderfully, very charismatic. And of course, his face is amazing. Having said that, I purchased the program back 2014 or 2013 (I think) and yesterday I purchased the streaming program. I only now decided to get moving (I turned 44). I've been doing facial exercises on and off for years, never stuck with anything but believe they've made me look better.
I went back to Tom's exercises because out of all the programs I've done, I really believe in his the most. They make sense, I can feel them working and ... look at Tom!
1) Regarding the scalp exercises, I can move the scalp muscles at the back of my neck/head, I believe those are the correct ones? If I touch the point where head meets neck, I can feel them moving. However, when I do that, the front of my neck also tenses a bit. I don't know if I'm doing these correctly.
I still haven't managed to move both forehead muscles and back of scalp muscles together. I suppose it's a process.
2) Of all the exercises Tom's program, which one would work for marionette lines and jowls?
I've added a photo I took last week and highlighted the part where I can see a marionette line (my mom has them, so I'm headed there).
Any insight, I'd really appreciate it!
