Whey Protein helps hair growth

There are some interesting articles about whey protein for hair growth at Livestrong.com. It must be the whey protein concentrate, NOT the whey protein isolate (which has a negative impact) to acheive results. I tried it because triple the number of hairs were coming out of my head when I showered. After 3 weeks, my hair loss stopped and it has grown over 1 inch (usually only grows 1/2 inch in that amount of time).
