The main benefit so far is in the lower face, and noticed that the face feels firmer when shaving. The skin is looks better somehow (I'm 99% sure it's not just my bias showing) and also feels more hydrated (ie not needing to use any moisturiser) and softer, especially between the cheek and mouth and also in the neck area. I've suffered from dry skin in those areas over the years.

Although these capsules ain't cheap, there is the obvious savings with moisturiser use. Unfortunately, I can't find any 75mg tablets, so maybe what I should do is take 2 capsules one day and 1 capsule the next, which equates to 150mg over 2 days.
