I just reread your Expression Lines topic and again, it made me laugh at what you said about Dr. Perricone's products. The cost is absolutely ridiculous, and I can tell you from experience that they do not work. I think it is telling that there so few posts in this forum about cosmetics and skin care products. Those of us who come to your website have already tried that approach, and I'm sure have a great deal of knowledge in these areas. We know we need something more effective and not a ton of hype and empty promises. Facial exercises fit the bill!
Now, to get to the point, I have been looking for ways to fit the exercise into my
everyday life throughout the day. I see from reading other posts, that many other people have done the same, for example doing the scalp exercises while driving. I agree with you about keeping your head up. In fact, if I keep my chin up or even tilt my head back while eating and drinking, I feel like I'm doing the neck exercise. So, from now on, I'm going to keep my chin up and my head held high with a calm expression on my face just like you recommended.
