What causes bags under the eyes?
Even though I'm not young anymore my face and my neck look relatively good. My skin in general looks good too. But my problem is that slight bags are beginning to form under my eyes. Under overhead lighting these slight bags look really bad. What causes these bags to form? What can I do to eliminate...

My hair is turning gray
I have streaks of gray and white in my hair. Maybe I had too much sun when I was young or maybe I am eating the wrong foods. Is there anything a relatively young person can do to naturally reverse the graying process? What about cosmetics and all the highly advertised hair coloring agents? Are they ...

Lines in the forehead, a man's thing
It took me some time but I have mastered exercise five. It was hard to get those muscles at the back of the head to contract. I worked only on them for a while. Now I can do the alternating contraction of both the front and back muscles. Because of this exercise my forehead is now without lines and ...

Facial posture, body posture, and aging
I often see facial posture used in these forums. I know or think I know what is meant by this. It can be good, like a positive expression and even a smile when it is appropriate. Or it can be bad, like a grouchy look or a continual frown. Being around people with bad facial postures is a real downer...

Neck exercise and tongue placement
Is it really necessary to place the tongue firmly against the roof of the mouth when doing the exercise for the muscles at the front of the neck? Wouldn't just tilting your head back work these neck muscles? Or better yet, wouldn't doing the exercise while lying on a bed with your head over the side...

Do some nutrients reduce sun damage?
I have seen information on some websites that certain foods and supplements can actually reduce sun damage. In other words, they make the skin more resistant to the rays of the sun. One of these supplement is Astaxanthin. Dr. Mercola claims that this supplement will to some extent keep the skin from...

Facial ligaments and skin support
I read on another facial exercise forum that it is the ligaments in the face that sometimes become loose. When this happens the skin has less support. Does facial exercise keep the ligaments in the face toned up and strong? I have read that the zygomatic ligament is the strongest ligament of the fac...

Re: Botox with Facial Exercises
The facial exercises you describe on your website work well for lines in the forehead and around the eyes. These vertical and horizontal and crows feet lines are almost gone now. The front of my neck looks much better too. I have a more defined jaw line. My nasolabial lines though are about the same...

Re: Wrinkled skin and bone density
I know that it is true. I am often around older women, some of whom are old before their time. I mean they look old. Their skin has no life to it and it is dried out and yellow looking. These women when they fall down break their wrists and hip bones. Their prematurely old faces are definitely an in...

Re: Yogurt, Live and Active Cultures?
I have been eating the good yogurt for a long time. And by good I mean the kind with the live and active cultures. The Greek yogurt is expensive, over $4 a carton and I think it's a little too thick. But the regular low fat stuff is great, just the right consistency. I know it is good for the skin a...
