Tom, I wonder if stretching out the platysmal bands like we see in the second picture you posted could lead to quickening their aging spread/detachment (thinking of the platysma explanation in the PDF Nonie included). I have to imagine it would.

Thank you Nonie and Tom! That helps a lot. So if the platysma cords are from the muscle separating, is it safe to assume that if one doesnt have cords yet (just super sagging skin in my case) that the muscle is still adhered? I hope so. Either Tom's exercises have given me so much improvement alread...
