Hi Tom Just so you know ..I ordered your dvd today. It will be under my husbands name Robert as he has the pay pal account. I just can't get the hang of the scalp exercise so hopefully this will help. |

Linda R: I think the video CD will help you gain control of the occipitalis muscles at the back of the head. But don't get discouraged if you cannot move your scalp as much as I can. And don't do the scalp exercise around your husband because it might scare him if he's the sensitive sort. You should get the package in less than a week. I'm sending it out this morning. Your husband isn't the Robbie, is he? This Robert from Canada is a great guitarist. |

Well he's the Robbie to me but no he can't play a guitar! and he has a full head of hair so don't have to worry about that. Looking forward to getting your cd. |

Hi Tom Just got the cd today. I guess it got caught up in the Christmas mail. Boy! can you ever move that scalp! and if I may say so, you look years younger than your age. It's very encouraging - so I am going to work really hard at it. Will let you know my progress. |

Linda R: When you first start to do the scalp exercise, you might notice horizontal lines forming in your forehead. This is a little scary. These lines won't last long, though, because as soon as your occipitalis muscles at the back of the head get stronger, they will pull up and back on your forehead, smoothing out those lines. You will see a definite improvement in your face once the occipitalis muscles are toned up. Your eyebrows will raise and your whole upper face will feel tighter. The Canadian Film Board probably will want you to take a screen test. |

Thomas, well I just ordered your DVD. The one thing I would do is make it easier on how to order, because I had to do a search to find the DVD. Tom |

Tom R: It's too bad you ordered my video CD because the scalp exercise provides no benefit for people living in Oklahoma City. Perhaps if you move to Tulsa, the benefits will kick in. Sorry about that. |

Tom, I eventually will move back to Florida when I retire again. Does gravity increase as one nears the equator, and does that affect cause ones hair to turn blue, and skin to sag more. There are a lot of saggy blue haired women in Florida. |

Tom R: If you are a single guy you'll like Florida. I went to a ballroom in Saint Petersburg - the Coliseum. There were ten women to one man in that huge ballroom. Even guys with one leg were heroes. And believe me, not all the women were sagging or had blue hair. |

Emma Q: Are you referring to Exercise One or Exercise Five - The Scalp Exercise? The video CD demonstrates only the scalp exercise. I just noticed that you ordered it. If this is not what you want I'll cancel the order. Send me an email - tvhagerty@sbcglobal.net. All the exercises I describe on my website are easy to do except the scalp exercise. This one requires work in order to get full control of the muscles at the back of the head - the occipitalis muscles. The video CD will definitely help in this because you can see what the exercise looks like when it's done correctly. All the exercises that I describe are good for the face and neck but I think that the scalp exercise is especially effective because it keeps the eyebrows high, keeps horizontal and vertical lines from forming, and gives expression to the eyes. But as I said, it's hard to learn. Once it is learned, though, it's almost fun to do. |
