I was wondering if anyone has tried the Carol Maggio DVD? I would like to get a dvd but don't want to spend as much as $40.00(Carolyn Cleaves ) I know call me cheap - I am Scottish after all! |

Maggio has one of the best isometric face exercise programs out there. It probably is the best fully isometric program there is, but a lot of people seem to either add in their own extras to the program or move on to other programs after a while because they find resistance training is necessary along with the isometrics to get a nice even build/fullness to the face. I started with Eva Fraser and then moved on to Carolyn Cleaves, and they both combine isometrics with resistance training...making up for the little bit that might be missing from Maggio's program. I have a friend who had a couple of private sessions with Maggio and swears it was the best spent $1,800. So that's one positive review... Indeed getting her program is way cheaper than attending private lessons. The reason I've stayed with Cleaves over everyone else is her program is so dynamic...always being updated and she's always available for support and advice, kinda like Tom. |
