Linda R:

The DVD is about my approach to hair loss. It teaches people how to do the scalp exercise; it is not about facial exercise and skin care. But I think the scalp exercise, if it's done correctly, is an effective exercise for the upper face. Go to My Approach and read about the concept. Read both pages several times. Perhaps you won't need to buy the video CD. But if you decide you want it, the ordering information is on the second page of My Approach.

Ok Thanks Tom. I just feel I am not making much progress with the scalp exercise and thought a dvd might help.
Are there other dvd's you would recommend for facial exercise?

Linda R:

I don't know which DVDs to recommend. There are many DVDs on facial exercise at the public library. I looked at most of them. There is something to learn from all of them. You don't want to get involved with a program, though, that has too many exercises. Many times these programs with over twenty exercises are just confusing. You don't need that many exercises to tone up your face.

Thanks Tom, I think I will just stick with what I'm doing. I had a passport photo taken yesterday and compared it to my old one and was quite happy with the results. I think my hoodie eyes are definately better and just the general tone of my face, so must be doing something right. Thanks again for your help.
