Is it possible to do anything "natural" and permanent about smoothing out wrinkles under the eyes, get rid of the blackness and to eliminate puffiness?

My father has got the above lately after a bout of stress. He is 52 but now looks several years older due to this :-(

I myself have got some veins showing up under my eyes due to university stress and have started taking Blackstrap Molasses as I've heard they are very good for your health if taken in moderation and can eliminate veins such as under the eyes due to improved circulation.

I've also noticed fat reduction under my eyes so the area is slightly shallower than the rest of the face. Can this be fixed by drinking lots of water and getting enough sleep?

Thanks.

Eiji:

Blackstrap molasses has many nutrients concentrated in one tablespoonful - nutrient density. This paragraph is from The World's Healthiest Foods website:
Copper, an essential component of many enzymes, plays a role in a wide range of physiological processes including iron utilization, elimination of free radicals, development of bone and connective tissue, and the production of the skin and hair pigment called melanin ... Using two teaspoons of blackstrap molasses to sweeten your morning cereal and the coffee or tea you drink during the day will supply you with 14.0% of the daily recommended value for copper.
(Blackstrap Molasses)

But my suggestion is not to focus on any one miracle food, supplement, or exercise to correct a problem. Most people, though, single out one remedy to the exclusion of a more effective array of measures. This is a human trait. It's easy and comfortable to think that one item is the panacea.

My own preference for a nutrient panacea is brewer's yeast. And, by the way, two tbsp (30 grams) gives you 50% of the daily value for copper. But there are dozens of natural foods that are also excellent.

Exercise One, Part B is effective in keeping the area under the eyes looking young - no darkness, no puffiness. This is an exercise I do every day. It works.

Hydration with the proper amount of good water is important as is getting enough sleep. You don't need too much sleep though. More than 7 or 8 hours of sleep can make you feel groggy.
