Hi Tom i have been doing the facial exercisers for two weeks and for the past five years i have been suffering with blepharitis(inflammation of the eyelids). My question is do you think me doing the eye exercisers 1+1b will help alleviate the blepharitis. thanks stan |

Stanley Ash: I don't think the exercises for the muscles around the eyes will have an effect on the inflammation on the edges of the eyelids that you are bothered with. The only thing that helps blepharitis is keeping the eyelids clean. Sometime just bathing the eyelids with a warm saline solution helps by removing crusts and drainage. You can also use ointments on the lid margins after you clean them. |
