I was just browsing the forum and was wondering if anyone had any photos of what the cheeks could potentially look like when it's been worked out over a period of time.

Perhaps before/after pictures to give us the idea of what full worked cheeks could look like?

Thanks

shawn:

When I lived in Santa Barbara, California, I used to go to Patricia Bragg's Health Food Store. Clint Eastwood would also visit the store to get his supplements. Someone at the store told me that he did facial exercises so that he would continue to look expressive on camera.

Thomas: From where did you get that sarcastic humor? I find myself chuckling every single time I read this response you gave Shawn. You are something else. I would enjoy spending a few hours in your company--and I usually can't stand anybody around me for too long. But for you, I'll make an exception. You'd probably have me laughing all day long. You have such a delightful sense of humor. Hopefully, Shawn won't take offense. Stay as sweet as you are, Tom.

"Go ahead, make my day" - Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry
As far as I'm concerned Clint is an american hero like John Wayne.
By the way...from what I heard, Paul Bragg inpspired Jack Lalanne to get into health and wellness when he was a sickly teenager.
As a matter of fact, if you go on you tube you will see Jack Lalanne doing a series of facial exercises. He was a big advocate of the process as well as full body fitness. I think he may have spent too much time in the sun though. And, as far as I know they didn't use sunscreen in his early days. I could be wrong though.

Tom R:

When I was a kid I lived in Glendale, California within walking distance of Paul Bragg's little health food store in Burbank. He got me started on health foods too.

We all spent too much time in the sun in those days and there was no sunscreen at all. I saw those facial exercises that Jack L did. They do not get my highest rating - maybe a C. But he deserves a lot of credit for being one of the first to experiment with these exercises.

Here's what you look like when you don't do facial exercises and don't take care of your teeth. MG, I don't think you'd enjoy spending a few hours in his company. He looks like a grouch. George Orwell said, "At 50 everyone has the face he deserves." A grouch looks like a grouch.

Tom:
You were blessed to have known Paul Bragg.
I understand that he is the grandfather of the health food industry. I have 5 of his books from which I had discovered through my dad.
That man was a shining example of total health and well being.
LOL! The guy above looks like he has a nice knot on his head too. Is that shot from one of the early james bond movies?

Tom R:

That guy is Richard Kiel. He's still around signing autographs at his personal appearances - the last one in July in Burbank, California. His role in the James Bond movies was his moment in the sun. Don't let him take a bite out of you.

I could just imagine if this guy was my dentist. It would be my last visit.
