Two Quotations

"The ravaged face in the mirror hides the enchanting youth that is the real me."

I don't know who said this but I'm sure many people feel this way. Some of the facial exercises I describe might slow down these ravages of time or even eliminate them.

"A face is too slight a foundation for happiness."

Well, this is true too. A beautiful or handsome face reflected in the mirror is not always the property of a happy person. Personality and character are kind of important too.

Some people who read through these pages might have a problem with certain exercises. Exercise Five, the scalp exercise, presents the greatest challenge. This page on my other website - My Approach - might give added clarification for this tough but beneficial exercise. There are other challenging exercises and concepts too that might need clarification.
